1 1/3 C Domata living flour
1 C Xylitol
1 t. ground nutmeg
2 t. ground cinnamon
4 C crushed fruit juice sweetened gluten-free corn flakes
3/4 C vegan butter, softened
chopped pecans
sliced almonds
shredded unsweetened coconut
dried unsweetened tart cherries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, xylitol, and spices. Place corn flakes into a gallon size ziploc bag and crush with rolling pin. Add crushed corn flakes to the mix. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add nuts and coconut. Pour into 9 x 13" pan or stone and bake 18-20 minutes. Once removed from oven, stir and let cool. Add cherries and mix. Can serve warm with Rice Dream ice cream or serve cool with Rice Dream original rice milk.
